Day 04- A habit that you wish you didn’t have

The habit I most wish to break is eating in front of the TV. Research has shown that the numbers of calories consumed when a person is eating while watching TV is extremely high. Since I watch a lot of TV anymore, it would be very beneficial if I would make it a rule to stop eating while I'm watching. One activity at a time is the way the experts say would help with weight loss.

Oh, me too. I have found that chewing gum helps. Or even only allowing low cal snacks like carrots, celery, popcorn, etc...if you just have the urge to snack.
Paula, I have actually moved to eating popcorn or veggies as my TV snacks. Maybe I shouldn't feel guilty about this habit after all. Oh.... except for that ice cream....
