1. Who would be your dream celebrity date?
I really don't have a dream celebrity date since I am quite happy with my husband. I wouldn't mind having lunch with Hugh Laurie. From interviews I've seen with him, he is pretty interesting. I would like to ask him what's it's like to play a character who is such a jerk but so lovable at the same time.
2. Do you have any food restrictions?
All of my food restrictions are self-imposed. The most important restriction, to me, is processed food. My husband and I do not buy boxed foods of any kind, and we eat very little canned foods. We do eat frozen vegetables and fruits, but only if there is only one ingredient. Frozen fruits and vegetables can actually provide more nutrients than fresh because of how long the "fresh" vegetables (and fruits) have been sitting around before consumption. I don't eat canned, though, because they are usually loaded with salt, which is something I don't eat too much of. AND, I've recently read about how much BPA we are exposed to with canned foods. I really try to eat as naturally as possible and stay away from chemicals.
3. How much time do you take to get ready in the morning?
If I iron my clothes and hair (not with the same appliance fortunately) it takes about an hour to get ready. If I "wash and wear" I can be ready in about 20-30 minutes.
4. Sausage or bacon?
Tough choice. Do I really have to choose? I bet my mom will be shocked to read this, because there was a time I wouldn't touch sausage. I've learned to like it, though, and I do realize it is considered a processed food. We all have our downfalls. Any of the "breakfast" meats is one of my weaknesses. We actually do breakfast for dinner about once a week, and we alternate between sausage and bacon. I love both.
5. Do you Google, Bing or Yahoo?
Google. Most frequently I try to use Swagbucks, though, so I can get the bucks and turn them into Amazon.com gift certificates. I really don't like the Swagbucks interface, but who am I to complain if they are giving me free money to a bookstore and more?
